This 50-minute online session provides you with a safe and confidential space to discuss your concerns and receive guidance on how to improve your mental well-being. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or just need someone to talk to, Sarva Health's virtual consultations are here to support you. Drawing inspiration from the transformative power of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and behavioural change techniques, we will work together to discover what works best for you. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling appointments with less than 48 hours notice can significantly impact the ability to serve other clients in need. Providing 48 hours’ notice allows for your spot to be offered to another client who might be eagerly waiting on our cancellation list. Therefore, in instances of late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows, the full consultation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
