Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling appointments with less than 48 hours' notice can significantly impact the ability to serve other clients in need. By providing 48 hours’ notice, it allows for your spot to be offered to another client who might be eagerly waiting on the cancellation list. Therefore, in instances of late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or no-shows, the full consultation fee will be charged. Appointments can be rescheduled by providing more than 48 hours' notice.

Sarva Health reserves the right to reschedule consultations at any time without compensation if it is deemed necessary due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Refund Policy

Outside of the cancellation policy, refunds are not provided. Sarva Health focuses on building a therapeutic relationship and providing ongoing support over time. I offer complimentary discovery calls to clarify expectations and ensure my services align with your needs before you commit to booking a session.
